Cancellation & no-show Policy. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours’ may be charged 50% of scheduled service total. No-Shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to put a partial deposit before booking.
